EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A passed of a Degree Graduation in any discipline from any University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Computer Literacy: Applicants must be aware of Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations /Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
Proficiency in Language: Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
AGE LIMIT: The required age of a candidate should be in between of 20 to 28 years as on 01-09-2018, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1990 and not later than 01.09.1998 (both dates inclusive).
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates for IBPS CRP Clerk VIII Recruitment 2018 Apply 7,275 Jobs.

PRE-EXAMINATION TRAINING: Pre-Examination Training may be arranged by the Nodal Banks/ Participating Organisations to a limited number of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons With Benchmark Disabilities at certain centres viz –

Application: All eligible candidates who opt for and wish to avail of Pre-Examination Training should fill in the relevant column in the ON-LINE APPLICATION. While training will be imparted free of cost, all other expenses regarding travelling, boarding, lodging etc. will have to be borne by the candidate for attending the pre-examination training programme at the designated Centres. Depending on the response and administrative feasibility the right to cancel any of the Pre- Examination Training Centres and/ or add some other Centres and/or make alternate arrangements is reserved.
Note: By merely attending the Pre-Examination Training no candidate acquires any right to be selected in any of the Participating Organizations mentioned.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The eligible candidates will be selected for personal interview on the basis of their performance in Online Examination (Preliminary and Main)/ 2 tiers i.e. the online examination will be held in 2 phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main.
Written Examination Structure: CRP - Online Examinations; the structures of the examinations which will be conducted online are as follows -
A. Preliminary Examination -
1. English Language - 30 Questions; 30 Max Marks in 20 minutes.
2. Numerical Ability - 35 Questions; 35 Max Marks in 20 minutes.
3. Reasoning Ability - 35 Questions; 35 Max Marks in 20 minutes.
Total No. of Questions: 100 and 100 Marks. Duration: Composite time of 60 minutes.
Candidates have to qualify in each of the 3 tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for online Main Exam.
B. Main Examination –
1. General/Financial Awareness - 50 Questions; 50 Max Marks; in 35 minutes.
2. General English - 40 Questions; 40 Max Marks; in 35 minutes.
3. Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude - 50 Questions; 60 MaxM arks; in 45 minutes.
4. Quantitative Aptitude - 50 Questions; 50 Max Marks; in 45 minutes.
Total - 190 Questions; 200 Max Marks; Time allotted - 160 minutes.
The above tests except the Tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
Cut-off Score (Online Main Exam): Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main Exam and also a minimum total score to be considered for further process. Depending on number of the State/UT wise vacancies available, cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be considered for provisional allotment.
Important: MARKS OBTAINED IN THE MAIN EXAMINATION ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FINAL MERIT LISTING.
NOTE: Applicants please note that candidates will not be permitted to appear for the CWE-VIII without the following documents -
1- Valid Call Letter for the respective date and session of Examination.
2- Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter/ application form and photocopy of photo-identity proof (as mentioned in ‘a’ above).
3- Candidates reporting late i.e. after the reporting time specified on the call letter for Examination will not be permitted to take the examination. The reporting time mentioned on the call letter is prior to the Start time of the test. Though the duration of the examination is 2 hours candidates may be required to be at the venue for about 4 hours duration including the time required for completion of various formalities such as verification and collection of various requisite documents, logging in, giving of instructions etc.
