EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. SI of Police (Civil) (Men & Women)/ Reserve SI of Police (AR) (Men & Women)/ Reserve SI of Police (APSP) (Men)/ Station Fire Officers: A passed of a Degree awarded by any University in India, established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provisional Act of State or of any institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification. In the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduied Castes or Scheduled Tribes, as on 1't July, 2018, he/she must have passed Intermediate or any other examination recognised by the State Government as being equivalent to Intermediate and should have studied Degree.
2. Deputy Jailors (Men & Women): A passed of a Degree awarded by any University in India, established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provisional Act of State or of any institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification.
Note: The candidates who possess higher qualification than the prescribed one also will be considered for selection on par with the candidates who possess the prescribed qualification.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18/21 years – 25/30 years as on 01-07-2018 -
1. SI & Deputy Jailors (Women): 21-25 years.
2. Deputy Jailors (Men): 21-30 years.
3. Station Fire Officers: 18-30 years.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates for AP Police SI Notification 2018 of 334 SCT SI, RSI, Jailor & Fire Officers Vacancy.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. SIs: Rs. 28,940-78,910/- p m.
2. Deputy Jailors & Fire Officers: Rs. 26,600-77,030 / - p m.
