NOTIFICATION: Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh (A Government of India Undertaking) inviting offline applications for filling up 96 Medical vacant posts of Senior Residents Jr./Sr. Demonstrators in different specialties and Senior Medical Officer (Casualty in Emergency), from eligible and interested willing candidates. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Senior Resident: A passed of a Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 and A postgraduate qualification of an Indian University or equivalent degree recognized as such by the Medical Council of India.
2. Senior Medical Officer (Casualty in Emergency): A passed of a Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 and Ph.D. in the subject concerned/allied subject from any recognized any Institute/University.
3. Junior Demonstrator: A passed of M.Sc. in the subject concerned from any recognized any Institute/University.
4. Senior Demonstrator: A passed of M.A./M.Sc in subject concerned and Ph. D in the subject concerned/allied subject from any recognized any Institute/University.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 21 years – 37 years as on last date of receipt of application for PGIMER Recruitment 2018 for 96 Senior Residents & Demonstrators Posts.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. SR & Sr. Medical Officer: Rs. 67700/- + NPA.
2. Sr. Demonstrator (Medical): Rs. 67700/- + NPA.
3. Sr. Demonstrator (Non-Medical): Rs. 56100/-.
4. Jr. Demonstrator (Medical): Rs. 35400/- + NPA.
5. Jr. Demonstrator (Non-Medical): Rs. 35400/-.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non- refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. An amount of Rs. 1000/- by General & OBC candidates and Rs.500/- by SC/ST candidates to be deposited in any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL current account of PGIMER. The account No. of PGIMER for recruitment is 35700657347. The candidates after having deposited the fee in the bank must ensure that they have Triplicate Fee Payment Challan with Journal No./Challan No. given by the bank on it.
