Center Manager: A passed of Post Graduate/Master Degree in Disability Rehabilitation/ Administration/Social Work in disability studies/ Social Work /Management/ Hospital Management /Hospital Administration/ Public Administration/Sociology/ Psychology / Development Studies/LSW or PG Diploma (2 years) in Management/ Hospital Management/Hospital Administration from any recognized Institution/University with minimum of 4 years of Post Qualification work experience of Managing Institution/Programs on Social Protection and related fields. She should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English and Hindi. Proficiency in working with MS office is must
2. Admin-cum Account Assistant: A passed of Graduate Degree in commerce from any recognized University with minimum 1 year relevant post - qualification work experience in Accounts and well versed with tally and they should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English and Hindi. Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
3. Audiologist-cum-Speech language Pathologist: A passed of Bachelor Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (B.ASLP) or an equivalent Degree from an RCI recognized Institution/University with minimum 2 years of relevant post - qualification work experience Or Post graduate degree in relevant field from an RCI recognized Institute/University.
4. Technician (Speech & Hearing): A passed of Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) or an equivalent from an RCI recognized Institution with minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification work experience. Fresh Graduates in the relevant field from an RCI recognized Institution / Universitymay also apply.
5. Cook Cum Helper: A passed of Class 8th or equivalent from an approved Board/Institution or University with minimum 2 years’ experience of cooking and maintaining kitchen.
6. Case Manager: A passed of Postgraduate/Master Degree in Psycho-Social Rehabilitation/ Rehabilitation Science/Rehabilitation Studies/Social Work in Disability Studies/Special Education/ Mental Retardation/Rehabilitation Psychology or Post graduate Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation and management/Geriatric Care /Rehabilitation Psychology/Rehabilitation Science/ rehabilitation Studies /Special Education from recognized Institute or University with a minimum 2 years of relevant Post Qualification work Experience. Or Bachelor Degree in Special Education/ Mental Retardation/Disability /Rehabilitation studies from a recognized Institute /University with minimum 4 years of relevant Post qualification work experience. S/he should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English and Hindi. Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
7. Senior Physiotherapist: A passed of Master in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution with minimum 6 months post degree internship in reputed hospital with minimum 2 years of post - qualification working experience in reputed hospital / institution. Or Bachelor in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution with minimum 6 months post degree internship in reputed hospital with minimum 4 years of post - qualification working experience in reputed hospital / institution. S/he should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English and Hindi. Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
8. Physiotherapist: A passed of Bachelor in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution with minimum 6 months post degree internship in reputed hospital with minimum 2 years of post - qualification working experience in reputed hospital/Institution.
9. Mobility Instructor: A passed of Bachelor in Mobility Science (B.M.Sc.)/Bachelor in Special Education (VI)/Bachelor in Physiotherapy/ Bachelor in Occupational therapy from any recognized Institution/ University with minimum 1 year of relevant post - qualification work experience or Diploma in Mobility Science /Diploma in Special Education (VI)/ Diploma in Special Education (Deafblind)/Diploma in Physiotherapy/Diploma in Occupational therapy from any recognized institution with minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
10. Audiologist-cum- Speech Language Pathologist: A passed of Bachelor Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (B.ASLP) or an equivalent Degree from an RCI recognized Institution/ University with minimum 2 years of relevant post - qualification work experience or Post graduate degree in relevant field from an RCI recognized Institute/University.
11. Counsellor/Clinical Psychologist: A passed of Master in Psychology with regular one year Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology / Guidance and Counselling / Counselling and Rehabilitation / Rehabilitation Psychology with minimum 2 years post - qualification work experience as a Professional Counsellor / Clinical psychologist / Rehabilitation Counsellor in reputed Organization / Institution OR Bachelor Degree in Psychology with regular one year Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology/ Guidance and Counselling / Counselling and Rehabilitation/ Rehabilitation Psychology from a recognized Institute or University with minimum 4 years of post-qualification work experience as a Professional Counsellor/Clinical psychologist/Rehabilitation counsellor. S/he should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English and Hindi. Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
12. Technician (Ophthalmology): A passed of Bachelor’s Degree in Ophthalmic Technique /Optometry or Post graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology from a recognized Institute or University with minimum 2 year of relevant Post Qualification work Experience or Diploma in Ophthalmology /Ophthalmic Technology/Ophthalmic Assistant/Optometry from a recognized institution with three years of relevant post - qualification work experience.
13. Technician (Speech & Hearing): A passed of Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) or an equivalent from an RCI recognized institution with minimum 3 years of relevant post - qualification work experience. 14. Paramedic (Center & Response Van): A passed of Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy/ Developmental Therapy/ Diploma in Community based rehabilitation/ Diploma in disability rehabilitation management/ Diploma in Nursing Care Assistant/ Diploma in Emergency Medical Technique/ Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker/ Diploma in First aid & Medical Assistant from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years relevant post - qualification work experience or Certificate Course in Rehabilitation Therapy/Certificate Course in Geriatric Care from a recognized institution with minimum 3 years relevant post - qualification work experience.
16. Care Giver: A passed of Diploma in Developmental Therapy / Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy / Diploma in Developmental Disabilities/Diploma in Special Education from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years relevant post - qualification work experience OR Certificate Course in Care Giving / Certificate Course in Geriatric Care/Certificate Course in Rehabilitation Therapy from any recognized Institution with minimum 2 years relevant post - qualification work experience.
17. Driver: A passed of Matric Pass or equivalent with a valid commercial heavy motor vehicle driving license and minimum 4 years’ experience of driving; knowledge of operating audio - visual equipment would be an added advantage.
