To be getting selected in this organization screened candidates will have to pass in Written Examination followed by Hindi/English Computer Type Test, Hindi/English Stenography Test and Technical Driving Test wherever applicable conducted by authorized officials. NO OF POSTS: 341 vacant posts of Additional Private Secretary, Assistant Review Officer & Drivers in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
Post Wise Vacancies -
1. Additional Private Secretary: 23 Posts.
2. Assistant Review Officer (ARO): 277 Posts.
3. Drivers Grade IV (Group C): 41 Posts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –
1. Additional Private Secretary: A passed of Bachelor Degree from any recognized Institution /University and good knowledge of Stenography (i.e. speed of 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand & 40 w.p.m. in English Typewriting) having good knowledge in Computer.
2. Assistant Review Officer (ARO): A passed of Graduation + Required Computer Qualification from any recognized institution/University.
3. Drivers Grade IV (Group C: A passed of High School from any recognized Board/ Institute and having a valid Motor Vehicle Driving License for a period of not less than 5 years.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18/21 years - 35 years as on 01-07-2018 for Allahabad High Court 341 APS, ARO and Driver Recruitment 2019 -
• Additional Private Secretary (APS): 21-35 years.
• Assistant Review Officer (ARO): 21-35 years.
• Drivers Grade IV (Group C): 18-35 years.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
1. Additional Private Secretary: Rs. 9300-34800/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 4800/-, Pay Band-2 (Pay matrix level-8 Rs.47600-151100/-), + usual allowances.
2. Assistant Review Officer: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-.
3. Drivers Grade-IV (Group-C, Class-III): Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay- Rs.1900/-.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non- refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. An amount of Rs. 750/-/500/- (+ bank charges extra) by General and OBC candidates & Rs. 500/-/350/- (+ bank charges extra) by SC/ ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh for to be paid through online mode -
1. A.P.S. And A.R.O: Fee for General & OBC category candidates shall be Rs.750/- (bank charges extra) and the fee for SC/ST category of U. P. shall be Rs. 500/- (bank charges extra).
2. Drivers Grade-IV (Group-C, Class-III): Fee for General & OBC category candidates shall be Rs.500/- (bank charges extra) and the fee for SC/ST category of U. P. shall be Rs. 300/- (bank charges extra).
NOTE: The candidates belonging to the Horizontal category shall have to pay fee according to their original category.
POST RESERVATION: All reserved category candidates ie. SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ Women/Ex Servicemen/Widows etc (as applicable) are being selected for said post/s as per existing Govt. policy/rules.
SELECTION PROCESS: Applicants who are screened for applicability /eligibility are being selected as per organization policy/rules depending on the basis of their performance in Written Examination followed by Hindi/English Computer Type Test, Hindi/English Stenography Test and Technical Driving Test wherever applicable –
