EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –
1. Management Trainee (General): A passed of Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognised NIL CWC Advt No. CWC/ 1-Manpower/DR/Rectt/2019-01 (Information Brochure for Online Recruitment 08 th February 2019): Page 5 of 42 University/Institutions.
2. Management Trainee (Technical): A passed of 1st class Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with Entomology or Microbiology or Bio-Chemistry OR 1st class Post Graduate in Bio-Chemistry OR Zoology with Entomology from recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to those who also possess Post Graduate Diploma in Warehousing and Cold chain Management/ Quality Management from recognized University/Institution
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil): A passed of Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized Board/Institute /University.
4. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): A passed of a Degree in Electrical Engineering from any recognized Board/Institute /University.
5. Accountant: A passed of B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about 3 years’ experience in Maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial / Commercial /Departmental Undertakings.
6. Superintendent (General): A passed of Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized University or Institution.
7. Junior Superintendent: A passed of Degree in any discipline from any recognized University or Institution.
8. Hindi Translator: A passed of Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a main subject at the degree level; Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of Instructions and examination with English as a compulsory subject at the degree level; Or Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subject or either of the two as medium of examination and other as a main subject plus recognized Diploma/Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government Offices including Government of India Undertakings.
9. Junior Technical Assistant: A passed of Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects from any recognized Board/Institute /University.
PAY SCALE: As per details givenbelow -
1. Management Trainee (General): Rs. 50000-160000/- (E-2) (A Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 54400/- shall be payable during training period).
2. Management Trainee (Technical): Rs. 50000-160000/- (E-2) (A Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 54400/- shall be payable during training period).
3. Assistant Engineer (Civil): Rs.40000-140000/- (E-1).
4. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Rs.40000-140000/- (E-1).
5. Accountant: Rs.40000-140000/- (E-1).
6. Superintendent (General): Rs. 11200-30600/- (S-11) (Pre-revised).
7. Junior Superintendent: Rs. 11200-30600/- (S-11) (Pre-revised).
8. Hindi Translator: Rs. 11200-30600/- (S-11) (Pre-revised).

AGE LIMIT: As on 16-03-2019 details given below –
1. Management Trainee (General): Max age 28 years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 17.03.1991 and later than 16.03.2001; both days inclusive).
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil): Max age 30 years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 17.03.1989 and later than 16.03.2001; both days inclusive).
3. Accountant: Max age 30 years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 17.03.1989 and later than 16.03.2001; both days inclusive).
4. Superintendent (General): Max age 30 years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 17.03.1989 and later than 16.03.2001; both days inclusive).
