EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Operator Trainee: A passed of full time & regular B.Sc.(Chemistry) Degree with Physics as one of the subjects during any of the 3 years course of B.Sc. Degree and NCVT in the AO (CP) trade OR Full time & regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 55% marks from any recognized University/ Institute with required experience in concerned disciplines.
2. Boiler Operator: A passed of SSC examination and certificate as boiler attendant OR SSC with NCVT in boiler attendant OR SSC with Diploma in boiler attendant from any recognized University/ Institute with required experience in concerned disciplines.
3. Nurse: A passed of B.Sc (Nursing) or HSC + 3 years course of general Nursing and Midwifery with 50% marks (45% for Sc/ST) from any recognized University/ Institute with required experience in concerned disciplines.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. Operator Trainee: Rs.22000-60000/- Per Month.
2. Boiler Operator: Rs 20000 – 65000/- Per Month.
3. Nurse: Rs.22000-60000/- per Month.
PAY & PERKS: RFCL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizers industry. Pay scales are under revision w.e.f. 01.01.2017. Selected candidates will be placed at the minimum Basic Pay in pay scale indicated for each post. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances /benefits such as Leave Encasement, Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance, other welfare schemes etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time.
AGE LIMIT: Required age of candidates should not exceed 27/30 years as on 01-01-2019 for RFCL Recruitment 2019 for 74 Operator Trainee, Boiler Operator and Nurse Vacancies, Apply online -
