EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A passed of Matriculation or Higher Secondary (10+2 class) for some Group C Posts or Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) and above for some Positions or equivalent from any recognized Board or University/Institute.
PAY SCALE: Pay Level -1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 pm + applicable DA & other allowances.
AGE LIMIT: 18/20/21 - 25/27/30 years as on 01-08-2019 for SSC Recruitment 2019 of Phase-VII Selection 1351 Posts.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: A non- refundable Application Fee of Rs. 100/- by General/EWS & OBC candidates to be paid. Candidates are required to make the payment only through online mode or challan of SBI, at designated branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 04-09-2019 provided the challan has been generated by them before closing date and time for receipt of applications i.e. 31-08-2019 (1700 Hours).
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-Servicemen (ExS) eligible for reservation are exempted from paying application fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and Women candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Computer Based Mode Examination (Objective type multiple choice questions), Skill Tests like Typing/ Data Entry/ Computer Proficiency Test, etc and verification of documents.
Pattern/Scheme of Examination: Candidates have to attend written exam of computer based for 200 marks for 100 questions. Multiple types of questions will be asked. Weightage of each questions is 2 marks, Duration of exam is 60 minutes. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks. From below topics questions will be asked -
