DEE QUALIFICATION EDUCATIONAL:
As per details given
below -
1. Lower Primary Teacher:
A passed Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50%
marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at
least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name
known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure),
Regulations 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at
least 50% marks and 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at
least 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
and
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be
conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines
framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
2. Upper Primary Teacher:
A passed of a Graduation/ B. Sc in concerned subject from the UGC
recognized University and UP TET and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or
B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed (Special Education).
DEE AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years
- 38 years as on 01-01-2018 for DEE

AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is
applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
DEE PAY SCALE: Rs. 14,000 – 49,000/- + Grade Pay as
admissible.

For said vacancy a non- refundable application fee is to be paid by the
candidates as per rules. An amount of Rs. 200/- by General & OBC candidates
and Rs. 150/- by reserved category appliers such as SC, ST (P), ST (H) to be
paid in the form of Indian Postal Order drawn in the name of Director of
Elementary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati–19. The candidates must have
to submit the IPO in original at the time of document verification only before
the District Level Selection Committee of the district applied for. The
candidates have to mention their IPO Number, Date and denomination at the time

BPL candidates are exempted from paying any
application fee.
