Due to COID-19 pandemic Government officials
have also transferred the amount of Rs 500/- into the account of women Jan
Dhan Yojna from 03 April 2020 onward. Moreover the Uttar Pradesh
Chief Minister has transferred approx Rs.611 Crores in the account of
27.5 lakh laborers who are registered under the Mahatma Gandhi
National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in UP state.

Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman has announced Rs 1.70 Lakh Crore relief
package under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) for the poor to
help them fight the battle against Corona Virus (COVID 19). Consequently
this PM Garib Kalyan Yojana 2020 allows individuals to deposit money
that has not been taxed for. Under this scheme 50% of the untaxed amount must
be paid. To help the poor and downtrodden people affected by COVID-19
lockdown, 5 KG of rice or wheat will be provided for the next three months
through this Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana Scheme. Through
this PMGKY 2020 Scheme approximately 80 Crore people
will be benefited in our country.

India Nirmala Sitharaman introduced the relief package for Poor families
through Cash Transfer and Food Security. The finance ministry has issued this
package during the lockdown period that nobody will remain without food and
money.
For Ration Card Holders (80 Crore People) – 5 KG Ration Free of Cost
The Govt. of India and State
Govt. are given the 5 KG Ration (Wheat & Rice) For Ration Card Holders
(80 Crore People). Nobody needs to pay money for Ration. The Govt. will give
the ration free of cost for the next three months.
Corona Warriors (Doctors, Nurse, Staff) – 50 Lakh Insurance
The Home Ministry of India has announced an insurance
scheme for all Doctors, Nurse, and Staff which are work as Corona Warriors.
Govt. will give the 50 Lakh Insurance all medical staff that are given the
essential services to fight with this deadly virus (COVID – 19).
Farmers (Who Registered in PM Kisan Yojana) –Rs. 2000/- (Send in April First Week)
Eligible all the farmers of India who
registered in PM Kisan Yojana will get the Rs. 2000 (Next due of installment of
PM Kisan Yojana) in the First week of April 2020. Around 8.69 Crore Farmers
will get benefits of the PM Kisan Yojana.
Jan Dhan Yojana Beneficiary – Rs. 500/- for Next 3 Months
In this scheme more than 20 Crore Women’s are registered for the
Jan Dhan Yojana will get the benefits of Rs. 500 /- for the next three months.
Govt. will send this amount directly into their account in two installments so
that the beneficiary will not face any problem in a period of Lockdown.
Widow/Poor Citizens/Disabled Pensioner/ Senior Citizens – Rs. 1000/- (For Next 3 Months)
The Central Govt. will give extra benefits to Widow / Poor
Citizens / Disabled Pensioner / Senior Citizens of Rs. 1000/- for the next
three months so that they will not face any problems during this lockdown.
Govt. will credit the amount to their accounts directly in two installments.
Ujjawala Yojana - Gas Cylinder Free of Cost for the Next 3 Months
For this Indian Govt. will also be given the extra benefits to
the public under the Ujjawala Yojana. Under this scheme govt. will be given the
Gas Cylinder free of cost for the next three months and they don’t need to pay
money for that.
SHGs Workers - Extra 10 Lakh Collateral Loan
For this Lockdown the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has
announced that 63 Lakhs SHG’s Workers are getting extra benefits of Rs. 10 Lakh
Collateral Loan. Under this scheme 7 Crore families under the national rural
livelihood get benefits. Earlier they are getting 10 Lakh Collateral Loan, now
they get a total of 20 Lakh collateral loans.
Construction Worker - Rs. 31000 Crore Funds Release
The welfare of Building and other construction worker (BOCW) has
released the Rs. 31000 Crore Funds for Construction Worker. This
scheme is beneficial for 3.5 Crore Construction workers.
EPF - The government will be paid 24% (12%+12%) for Next Three Months
The Finance Ministry of India also releases a statement that
they will pay the EPF of Employee and Employer (If less than 100 employees in
their company) which having a monthly income of less than 15000. The
Govt. will pay 24% (12%+12%) for Next Three Months.
