Eligibility Criteria
UPSC CDS 2 Educational Qualifications
(i) For
I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai
- Degree of any recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy - Degree in Engineering from any recognized
University/ Institution.
(iii) For Air Force Academy - Degree of a recognized University (with
Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Graduates
with first choice as Army/ Navy/ Air Force are to submit proof of Graduation/
provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at
the SSB.
Candidates
who are studying in the final year/ semester Degree course and have yet to pass
the final year degree examination can also apply provided candidate should not
have any present backlog up to the last semester/ year for which results have
been declared up to the time of submission of application and they will be
required to submit proof of passing the degree examination at the time of
commencement of course.
UPSC CDS 2 Pay Scale
UPSC CDS 2 Exam Age Limit
(i) For IMA -
Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later
than 1st January, 2004 only are eligible.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy - Unmarried male candidates born not
earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January, 2004 only are
eligible.
(iii) For Air Force Academy - 20 to 24 years as on 1st January, 2023
i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January,
2003 (Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot
Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 yrs. i.e. born not earlier
than 2nd January, 1997 and not later than 1st January, 2003 only are eligible.
(iv) For Officers’ Training Academy - (SSC Course for men) unmarried
male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1998 and not later than 1st
January, 2004 only are eligible.
(v) For Officers’ Training Academy - (SSC Women Non-Technical Course)
Unmarried women, issueless widows who have not remarried and issueless
divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are
eligible. They should have been born not earlier than 2nd January, 1998 and not
later than 1st January, 2004.
Combined Defence Services Exam Selection Process
The officials
may conduct the Written Examination and Personal Interview as part of the
selection process -
1. Written
Examination.
2. Intelligence
and Personality Test.
3. Medical
examination.
UPSC CDS II Application Fees
Candidates
(excepting Female/ SC/ ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fees) are
required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- either by depositing the money in any Branch
of SBI by cash, or by using Visa/ Master/ Rupay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI Payment
or by using internet banking facility of any Bank.
UPSC CDS 2 Admit Card 2022
The
commission will release the admit card in the month of August 2022 on its
website. No admit card will send by post.
UPSC CDS 2 Result 2022
The result
will also be uploaded on the official website in the month of October or
November 2022 in a PDF format @ upsc.gov.in.

the recruitment of 339 persons through Combined Defence Services Exam 2 2022.
Eligible and interested candidates can submit their UPSC CDS 2 Online
Application from 18 May to 07 June 2022 on its online
website @. upsconline.nic.in. You can also withdraw your application
between 14 June and 20 June 2022. Shortlisted candidates, after
clearing the SSB Interview, will get admission to Indian Military Academy
(IMA) Dehradun, Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimal, Air Force
Academy Hyderabad, Officers’ Training Academy Chennai (Madras) and Officers
