PMBI Salary, Stipend & Pay Scale Details
All appointments under PMBI Recruitment 2026 are on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years. Remuneration is offered as consolidated monthly pay rather than a traditional pay-matrix structure. The consolidated pay ranges from Rs. 32,500 per month for entry-level posts such as Pharmacist and Executive to Rs. 1,58,000 per month for General Manager positions.
In addition to the basic consolidated amount, every selected candidate receives a monthly Conveyance Allowance (ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 15,000 depending on the post level) and a Telephone Allowance (Rs. 500 to Rs. 2,000). Other facilities include Provident Fund contributions as per applicable norms, Group Mediclaim Policy (Rs. 5 lakh or Rs. 10 lakh), Group Term Life Insurance of Rs. 10 lakh, and Group Accidental Insurance of Rs. 10 lakh. These benefits significantly enhance the overall financial package and provide medical and risk-cover security that is comparable to many permanent government roles.
Place of posting is primarily Delhi & NCR, with liability for transfer anywhere in India as per organisational requirements. The combination of competitive consolidated pay, allowances and insurance coverage makes these contractual positions financially attractive for professionals seeking stability in the pharmaceutical and public-health sector.
PMBI Detailed Selection Process
The selection process for PMBI Recruitment 2026 consists of three sequential stages designed to assess both technical competence and suitability for the role.
Stage 1 – Initial Screening: Applications received by the last date are scrutinised for completeness, fulfilment of essential educational qualifications, prescribed experience and age criteria. Incomplete applications or those without the Demand Draft and supporting documents are rejected at this stage.
Stage 2 – Written Examination: Candidates shortlisted after screening are called for a written test. The examination evaluates domain knowledge relevant to the applied post along with general aptitude. Exact structure, subjects and marking scheme will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through the official website or admit cards.
Stage 3 – Personal Interaction cum Interview: Candidates who qualify the written examination appear for a personal interaction. This stage assesses communication skills, professional experience, problem-solving ability and overall suitability for the contractual role. Document verification is conducted concurrently or immediately before the interview. A final medical examination may be required before the offer of appointment is issued.
Only those candidates who clear all three stages in sequence will be considered for final selection. The organisation reserves the right to modify the selection process if required and any such change will be notified exclusively on the official website.
