POST WISE DETAILS: 1035 Special Reserve Police Constable (Men & Women) vacancies posts-
Name of the Battalions:
1. 2nd Battalion Belgaum: 189 posts.
2. 5th Battalion Mysore: 60 posts.
3. 7th Battalion Mangalore: 140 posts.
4. 8th Battalion Shimoga: 120 posts.
5. 10th Battalion Shiggaon: 150 posts.
6. 11th Battalion Hassan: 376 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of SSLC- CBSE/SSLC-ICSE/ SSLC-SSC/ SSLC- STATE BOARD/ SSLC- and its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board/Institute.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s age must be in between of 18 years to 25 years as on 30-03-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST and OBC.
REQUIRED FEE: GM/ 2A/ 2B/ 3A and 3B candidates must pay Rs. 250/- and SC/ST & CAT – 01 candidates must pay Rs.100/- as an application fee through Challan form at any branch of State Bank of Mysore OR at State Bank of Hyderabad.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 5800/- to Rs. 10500/- per month will be paid as Salary.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman (Exs).
SELECTION PROCESS: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test/Race/written test followed by medical test.
