NOTIFICATION: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) invites online applications for the recruitment of 26 vacant posts of Professor and Associate Professor in various departments from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian Nationals who are eligible & interested; candidates can apply online up to 05-04-2014.

POST WISE DETAILS: 26 posts of Professor and Associate Professor in various departments-
1- Professor: 10 posts.
2- Associate Professor: 16 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Degree in Ayurveda from a recognized University established by law in India or a statutory Board/ Faculty/ Examining body with teaching experience of 5/ 10 years in concerned subject for Professor vacancies.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s upper age limit must not exceed 50 years for Associate Professor and 55 years for Professor posts as on 01-01-2015. Refer official notification.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST and OBC.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 350/- as an application fee by General and other unreserved candidates / Rs. 250/- by Rajasthan BC/ Non Creamy layer BC/ Special Backward candidates and Rs. 150/- as application fee by SC/ ST / Ex-Serviceman & PHP candidates required to be paid through E-Mitra or Jansuvidha (C.S.C)/ Net Banking/ ATM cum Debit card/ Credit card.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 15600/- to Rs. 39100/-+Grade Pay of Rs. 6800/-.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman (Exs).
SELECTION PROCESS: Applicants will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview
