1-PROFESSOR: 02 (Two) posts.
2-ADDITIONAL PROFESSOR: 01 (One) post.
3-ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: 04 (Four) posts.
4-ASSISTANT PROFESSORS: 35 (Thirty Five) posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Eligible & interested candidates must have qualification included in the 1st or 2nd Schedule of Part 2 of 3rd schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956. Medical qualification included in Part 2 of the 3rd Schedule of the said Act. along with the conditions specified in sub-section 3rd of the section 13 of the aforesaid Act. with PG qualification (M.D./M.S.) or equivalent qualification.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: As per given details below-
1-PROFESSOR: An experience of 14 years of teaching &/or research after prescribed post-graduation OR 12 years of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 2 year duration in the concerned specialty OR 11 years of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 3 years duration in the respective specialty.
2-ADDITIONAL PROFESSOR: An experience of 10 years of teaching &/or research after prescribed post-graduation OR 8 years of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 2 year duration in the concerned specialty OR 7 years of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 3 years duration in the respective specialty.
3-ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: An experience of 6 years of teaching &/or research after prescribed post-graduation OR 4 years of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 2 year duration in the concerned specialty OR 3 years of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 3 years duration in the respective specialty.
4-ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: An experience of 3 years of teaching &/or research after prescribed post-graduation OR 1 year of teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 2 year duration in the concerned specialty OR no teaching &/or research experience after obtaining DM/ M.Ch. degree 3 years duration in the respective specialty.
REQUIRED AGE: For these posts max age for all candidates is 50 years as on the last date of submission of application.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- a non-refundable application fee (for candidates within the country) and US$ 100 or equivalent in other foreign currency (for overseas candidates) drawn in favour of “Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow Academic Account’ and payable at State Bank of India (Code No. 7789) SGPGIMS, Lucknow, India to be deposited along with application fee.
