NOTIFICATION:  Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank (BGGB) invites online application for the recruitment of 141 posts of Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from eligible & interested Indian residents who have appeared at the Online CWE-II for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2013 and declared qualified; candidates can apply through online application up to 10-06-2014.
Candidates can download detail advt. /notification from official website for recruitment information like required age/ reservation in age/ required education qualification/ required application fee/ reservation for posts/ syllabus/ date of test/last date to apply/number of posts/name of department/ mode of selection/ how to apply and other instructions.

POST WISE DETAILS: 141 posts of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose)-

1 -Officer Scale-I: 36  posts-SC- 8,ST- 2,OBC- 25 and Gen.- 01.

2 -Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 105 posts- SC-13, ST-23, OBC-52 and Gen.- 17.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As given details below -

Officer Scale-I:  A passed of Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent qualification, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy will be given priority and proficiency in local language Gujarati  & Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose):  A passed of a Degree or its equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognized University, proficiency in local language Gujarati is essential and knowledge of Computer skills is desirable.

REQUIRED AGE: Age as on 01-07-2013-

Officer Scale- I:- In between 18 years - 28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1985 and later than 30-06-1995 (both dates inclusive).

Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- between 18 years - 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02-07-1985 and later than 01-07-1995 (both dates inclusive).

AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

PAY SCALE: Officer Scale-I – Rs.14500 - 600 - 18700 – 700 – 20100 – 800 – 25700/- total emoluments- Rs.29580/-.

Office Assistant - Rs.7200- 400- 8400 – 500 – 9900- 600 12300 –700 –17200-1300-18500-800-19300/- total emoluments- Rs.14724/-.

REQUIRED FEE:  Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of BANK OF BARODA, by means of a Payment challan form available in the Bank’s website as per given below details-

Officer Scale-I:-

- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST & PWD category candidates.

- Rs. 100/- for all others candidates.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose):-

- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD & EXSM category candidates.

- Rs. 100/- for all others candidates.

POST RESERVATION:  Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC) and Ex Serviceman candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview.

The Interview will be held at the Bharuch centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

HOW TO APPLY: For these posts eligible and interested candidates must apply online through official website up to 10-06-2014.

PROCESS TO APPLY ONLINE: Follow the instructions given below step by step-

1. Candidate must ensure that his/her personal Email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- CWE-II (CWE conducted in September/ October 2013) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.

2. Candidates must a pply Online by visiting the Recruitment Link on the Bank’s website www.bggb.in and click on the link “recruitment”.

3. Thereafter open the Recruitment Notification.

4. The candidate should take a printout of the fee payment challan form.

5. Fill in the Fee Payment Challan form in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCKLETTERS.

6. Candidates can pay application fee including postal charges in any of the branches of Bank of Baroda in the account number specified and printed on the payment Challan only.

7. Go to the nearest Bank of Baroda branch with the Fee payment Challan form and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS A/c No. 09910200001106 for Officer Scale- I and CBS A/c No. 09910200001107 for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

8. Obtain the Applicant’s counterfoil copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan form duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction Id/Scroll number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.

9. Candidates are now ready to apply online by re-visiting the Recruitment link on the Bank’s website www.bggb.in

10. All the fields in the online Application format should be filled up carefully.

11. Carefully fill in the true details such as fee payment details from the CBS Challan in the online Application Form.

12. Candidates cannot edit their application after submission.

13. Original fee payment receipt i.e CBS challan form will have to be submitted with the call letter at the time of Interview. Without original CBS challan form the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Interview. Candidates are also advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment challan form with them.

14. The Application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required photocopies copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for Interview.
