REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: As per given details-
1- ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: Engineering & Technology - B.E./B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech. in relevant branch with 1st Class or equivalent either in B.E./B. Tech. or M.E./M. Tech.
Mathematics - Masters degree level with NET / SLET / SET.
2- ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: Engineering & Technology - B.E./B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech. in relevant branch with 1st Class or equivalent either in B.E./B. Tech. or M.E./M. Tech. and Ph.D. or equivalent in appropriate discipline/ Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable with minimum of 5 years experience in teaching/ research in industry of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience is desirable.
Physics - Ph.D. degree and a Master's Degree with 55% marks with a minimum of 8 years of experience of teaching and/or research in any academic/research position or equivalent.
3- PROFESSOR: Engineering & Technology - B.E./B. Tech. and M.E./M. Tech. in relevant branch with 1st Class or equivalent either in B.E./B. Tech. or M.E./M. Tech. OR B.E./B. Tech. and MCA with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E./B. Tech. or MCA OR M.C.A. with 1st lass or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience and Ph.D. or equivalent in appropriate discipline/Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable with minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor OR minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/or Research and/or industry.
Mathematics - Ph. D with minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in University/College, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience of guiding candidates for research at the doctoral level.
4- REGISTRAR- 1st or high second class Bachelors Degree with 7 year experience in responsible administrative capacity in an University or a Technical Institution Or in any Government Department at the post of Deputy Registrar Or equivalent and must have good knowledge of Hindi and English. Degree in Law/MBA and knowledge of Computer Application /Experience in Establishment and General Administration & Accounts in responsible position in a reputed Technical Institution/Government Organization is desirable.
5- MEDICAL OFFICER: MBBS Degree or equivalent degree as approved by the Indian Medical Council with some working experience and required experience
REQUIRED AGE: No Age limit. Refer official notification.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC & widows category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: A Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/-as anapplication fee by General & OBC category candidates and Rs. 500/- by SC/ST category candidate drawn in favour of “Director, KNIT, Sultanpur” and payable at Sultanpur (Awadh) to be attached with application form.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
SELECTION PROCESS: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the personal interview.
