NOTIFICATION: The Government of India has launched The National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) . The Mission aims at creating efficient and effective institutional platforms of the rural poor enabling them to increase their household income through sustainable livelihood enhancements and improved access to financial and public services. The agenda is to mobilize the rural BPL households into self managed, federated institutions and support them for livelihood collectives. In addition, the poor would be facilitated to achieve increased access to their rights, entitlements and public services, diversified risk and better social indicators of empowerment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Thematic Expert (District & Block Level)- A passed of MBA/ MSW, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in RD/PGDIM from a recognized Institute/University and relevant field Experience.
Managers (District & Block Level)- A passed of Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma in Business Management/ Social Science ( Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work)/ Rural Development/ Rural Management OR Masters Degree with a major in a relevant discipline (Commerce/ Economics/ Business Management, Rural Development/ Rural Management) from a recognized Institute/University.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of a candidate should not exceed 40 years as on 01-07-2014.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC and Ex Serviceman category candidates.
REQUIRED FEE: No application fee is required.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 20000/- Per Month fixed, non-negotiable.
POST RESERVATION: The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time.
