NOTIFICATION:   The magnificence of IBPS has stood over 40 years. Working on international testing models like the ETS model, the Institute conducts a wide spectrum of activities in personnel selection both for promotion within and recruitment and selection from outside the organization. Today, IBPS has become a body providing integrated end to end solutions for human resource management of client organizations. The Institute is equipped with its very own fleet of qualified personnel - people from the banking and insurance industry, psychology, information technology and educational measurement who have specialized in the testing process. Its various verticals include Client Relations, Design and Analysis, Research and Development, Processing and Technology Operations and Support Services. It also has its own technology infrastructure for data ware house and processing. It has state-of-the-art printing facility that is capable of printing over 100 thousand data booklets and answer sheets per day. The Institute has the capability of testing simultaneously as many as 1 million candidates in 2000 venues across 200 centers (cities) in one session. In 2010-11 alone, IBPS was successful in screening over 10 million candidates for testing and filled approx. 79,236 vacancies for its client organizations besides testing of candidates for admission to academic institutes and certification for diplomas. This system of Common Recruitment Process- CWE, Common Interview and provisional allotment for recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in Participating Organizations has the approval of the appropriate authorities. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites online applications for the recruitment of various vacant posts of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre. The next Online Common recruitment  Process for Recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees (CWE PO/MT-IV) will tentatively be conducted in the month of October 2014, for eligible & interested Indian residents; candidates can apply through online mode application up to 11-08-2014.

PARTICIPATING BANKS :  IBPS, an autonomous body registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and a Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, has been authorized to conduct the CWE- PO/MT-IV, and the participating Banks are as under-

POST WISE DETAILS:  Various posts of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee-

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A passed of Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

REQUIRED AGE: Applicant who wishes to apply should have the required age in between of 20 to 30 years as on closing date i .e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1984 and not later than 01-07-1994 (both dates inclusive) .

AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

REQUIRED FEE/ INTIMATION CHARGES:  Non-refundable amount of Rs. 600/- as an application fee by General & OBC category candidates and Rs. 100/- by SC/ST & PWD category candidates have to pay through (Online payment from 22-07-2014 to 11-08-2014) and 24-07-2014 to 14-08-2014 Offline payment (both dates inclusive).

Bank Transaction charges for Offline/ Online Payment of fee/ intimation charge will have to be borne by the candidate.

POST RESERVATION:  The reservation for different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India as amended from time to time to SC/ ST/ OBC/ widows candidates.

SELECTION PROCESS:  The applicants have to qualify CWE for the selection in banks which depends on the score obtained in CWE and personal Interview.

NOTE:  IBPS, an autonomous body, has received a mandate from the organizations mentioned at (A) below, to conduct the recruitment process as mentioned above, once a year. IBPS will make arrangements for conducting online examination, declare result of online examination and inform the shortlisted candidates about the interview. Interviews will be conducted by the participating organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each state/ UT with the help of IBPS.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY ONLINE/ HOW TO APPLY:   a- Applicant must have a valid E mail ID, & Mobile No., scanned photo and scanned signature before applying online. IBPS may send letters for further requirement if any to the registered E-mail ID.

b- Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CWE PO/MT” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (CWE-PO/MT-IV)” to open the On-Line Application Form.

c- Candidates will have click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form.  After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.

d- Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature (Annexure II).

e- Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button.

f- Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/ getting the details filled in, the online application form properly verified and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.

g- Mode of Payment-  Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fee/ intimation charges either through the ONLINE mode or the OFFLINE mode-

A- Payment of fee/ intimation charges via the ONLINE MODE:

1.Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully including the registration of preferences for Participating organizations and click on the “FINAL SUBMIT” button at the end of the On-Line Application format.

2.Before pressing the “FINAL SUBMIT” button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature. In case the candidate is unable to fill in the application form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should Final Submit the data.

3.The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.

4.The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.

5.After Final Submit, an additional page of the application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.

6.If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fee/ Intimation Charges online.

7.On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.

8.Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated online transaction may not have been successful.

NOTE:   After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press back or Refresh button in order to avoid double charge o For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.

To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is completed.

B- Payment of fee/ intimation charges via OFF LINE MODE (at counters of specified Bank branches):   Payment of fee/ intimation charges through the offline mode can be made through the CBS branches of any one of the following 7 Public Sector Banks- Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India Candidates should fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully including the registration of preferences for Participating organizations and click on the “FINAL SUBMIT” button at the end of the On-Line Application format.

a.They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should Final Submit the data. Candidates should take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan immediately. No change/edit will be allowed after final submission. The registration at this stage is provisional.

b.Fee / Intimation charges Payment: Fee / intimation charges payment will be accepted at the CBS branches of the banks listed above from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within 3 working days.

c.System generated fee payment challan will be used for depositing fee/ intimation charges. (For example- If one has registered on 26-07-2014 then he/she will be able to deposit the fee/ intimation charges from 30-07-2014 to 01-08-2014 considering 27-07-2014 and 29-07-2014 are non- working days). Once fee / intimation charges has been paid, the registration process is completed.

d.Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/E-mail after 2 working days from the date of payment of fee/ intimation charges. Please ensure to furnish correct Mobile number / Email address to receive the registration confirmation.

NOTE- There is also a provision to reprint the submitted application containing fee / intimation charges details, 3 days after fee payment.

After completing the procedure of applying on-line including payment of fee / intimation charges, the candidate should take a printout of the system generated on-line application form 3 days after fee/ intimation charges payment, ensure the particulars filled in are accurate and retain it along with Registration Number and Password for future reference. They should not send this printout to the IBPS/ Banks.
