1- ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Electrical): 56 posts.
2- ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Electrical) Graduate: 14 posts.
3- ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Civil): 02 posts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of B.E. / B. Tech / Engineering Degree (Civil / Electrical / Computer Science) / M.Com / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 18380- 32610/- for post sl. no. 1 to 4 and Rs.11750- 29070/- for post sl. no. 5.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of candidates should be in between of 18 years – 35 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 4000/- by General & OBC Category Candidates and & Rs. 2000/- by SC/ST Category Candidates to be paid as an application fee through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “General Manager (A & HR) BESCOM’ and payable at Bangalore.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), PWD and Ex Serviceman candidates.
