In pursuance of the No Objection Certificate issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, vide their U.O. No. 12013/31-90ME(P) dated 15-01-91 Government Medical College was started in 1991 with its objectives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course from a recognized Board/University/Institution or equivalent.
PAY SCALE: Rs.10300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-.
REQUIRED AGE: The required age of candidates must be as per Punjab Government rules for Ex Servicemen.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
