POST WISE DETAILS: 161 posts of Trainee Cabin Crew-
1. Northern (Male): 20 posts.
2. Northern (Female): 101 posts.
3. Southern (Male): 10 posts.
4. Southern (Female): 30 posts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 10+2 mode OR one year experience in an Airline or Hospitality Services/ proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable Qualifications.
REQUIRED AGE: Applicant’s required age must be in between of 18 years - 25 years as on closing date.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
PAY SCALE: Remuneration-
1- Rs.10000/- per month during training period.
2- Rs.31500/- after completing the training period.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs.600/- by General & OBC candidates are to pay in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Air India Limited” and payable at Delhi. Demand Draft in favour of AIR INDIA LIMITED, payable at DELHI in case of applying for NORTHERN REGION or payable at CHENNAI in case of applying for SOUTHERN REGION. Candidates would be required to submit the said Demand Draft at the time of GD & PAT.
SC/ ST categories are exempted from Fee.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Dynamics and Personality Assessment test and final selection based on written examination marks & Interview.
Eligible candidates would be required to go through a Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment Test (GD & PAT) at the venues as decided by Air India Limited. GD & PAT shall be conducted in phases and candidates who qualify the same and fall in the applicable zone of consideration, will appear for a Written Test.
