NO.OF POSTS:    197 vacant posts of Commander and Sr. Trainee Pilot in New Delhi & Hyderabad.

1.    Commander on A320 Family Aircraft-

Required Qualification:   A passed of HSC /Current Class-I Medical Fitness Certificate issued by DGCA, India/Current FRTO issued by DGCA, India/500 hours of PIC Experience on A320 type of aircraft.

 Required Age:    45 years.

2.    Sr. Trainee Pilot (P2) with A-320 Endorsement-

Required Qualification:     A passed of HSC /Current Class-I Medical Fitness Certificate issued by DGCA, India/Current CPL/ALTP issued by DGCA, India/Current RTR (A) or RTR (P) or RTR(C) issued by WPC, Ministry of Communication, India.

Required Age:    35 years.

CATEGORY WISE POSTS-

1.    General:   62 Posts.

2.    OBC:   105 Posts.

3.    SC:   17 Posts.

4.    ST:   13 Posts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:    As per Govt. rules, refer notification.

PAY SCALE:   Rs.25000/- per month.

AGE RELAXATION:    Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

REQUIRED FEE:      An Application Fee of Rs.1000/-by General & OBC candidates to be paid in the form of a Bank Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Air India Limited” and Payable at New Delhi & Hyderabad.

No application fee from SC/ST & Ex. SM candidates.

POST RESERVATION:   Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:   Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in personal interview.

INTERVIEW DATE:   On 10 & 11 March 2015.
