1- Project Scientist ‘D’: 16 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Master’s Degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Science or Physics or Mathematics or Applied Mathematics or Statistics or Applied Physics or Geoinformatics or Remote Sensing GIS from any recognized University with 07 years experience in the teaching.
Required Age: 50 years as on 01-01-2015.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-.
2. Project Scientist ‘C’: 04 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences OR B. Tech in Engineering / Technology (computer Science /Computer Engineering from any recognized University with 07 years experience in extreme weather analysis in changing climate scenario.
Required Age: 40 years as on 01-01-2015.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-.
3. Project Scientist ‘B’: 15 posts.
Required Qualification: A passed of Master’s Degree in Meteorology or Oceanography or Atmospheric Science or Physics or Geophysics or Mathematics or Applied Mathematics or Applied Physics from any recognized University.
Required Age: 28 years as on 01-01-2015.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
