REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of MBBS and Master Degree or Diploma in concerned Specialty for Sr. Medical Officer/ Specialists/MBBS Degree from any recognized University for General Duty MO/MDS/BDS from any recognized university for Dental Health Officer from any recognized University or Institution.
REQUIRED AGE: 21 – 42 years as on 09-08-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable Application Fee of Rs.300/- by General / Category-IIA/ IIB/IIIA/IIIB and Rs.25/- by SC/ST/Category-I to be paid. Aspirants have to pay the application fee through e-challan at any post Office in state of Karnataka before the last date i.e. 10th August 2015.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam and interview for written qualified candidates.
