NO OF VACANCIES: 67 vacant posts of Management Trainee (Engineering Graduates) in various disciplines in Engineers India Limited (EIL), New Delhi.
Branch Wise Vacancies –
1. Civil: 17 posts.
2. Mechanical: 35 posts.
3. Chemical: 15 posts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A passed of full time Engineering Degree course -B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Civil, Mechanical and Chemical with 65% of marks in minimum qualifying period and must have qualified GATE -2017/2018 from Indian University/ Institute recognized by AICTE/ UGC /appropriate statutory authority.
NOTE: The selected candidates shall undergo training of one year at any of its offices - Head Office - New Delhi, Gurugram Office, Regional Offices at Chennai/ Vadodara/ Kolkata, Branch Office at Mumbai, Inspection Offices or Project Sites etc. in India. Thereafter, posting can be at any of these offices and Project Sites in India and abroad.
PAY SCALE/STIPEND: During the one year training period, the monthly emoluments shall be Rs.35,000/- + Accommodation & Transport or Rs.5,000/- if accommodation & transport is not provided. During the training period, other benefits like Medical will be provided to the Trainee as per Company policy, applicable from time to time. On successful completion of training, the Management Trainees will be considered for absorption in the regular pay scale ofRs.60000-180000/- pm.
Allowances: Upon absorption, besides Basic Pay, the employee is entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, other allowances and Retiral Benefits as per Company’s policy applicable from time to time. Upon absorption, CTC would be approx. Rs 14 Lakhs (Fourteen Lakhs) per annum. CTC will vary depending on place of posting. In addition to this, Performance Related Pay (PRP) and Medical Benefits are also extended as per Company’s policy.
PLACE OF TRAINING: The Apprentices shall be provided training at Head Office at New Delhi / Gurgaon, Regional Offices at Vadodara, Chennai, Kolkata; or Branch Office-Mumbai as per Company’s requirement.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 25 years as on 01-07-2018 for EIL Recruitment 2018 Apply Online 67 Management Trainee Posts.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
