EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. General Duty: A passed of Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (i.e. 1st Semester to 8th Semester for BE/B.Tech Course or 1st year to last year for Bachelor Degree candidates wherever applicable) from any recognized University/Institution.
2. Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL) (SSA): Candidates holding current/ valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) issued/ validated by Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Minimum educational qualification - XIIth pass (Physics and Mathematics) with 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Board/ University/Institution.
3. Law: A passed of a Degree in Law with minimum 60% marks from any recognized University/Institution.
AGE LIMIT: Applicant’s required age should be in between of 18 years to 22 years as on 01-04-2019 -
1. General Duty: Born between 01 Jul 1994 to 30 Jun 1998 (Both dates inclusive).
2. General Duty (SSA): Born between 01 Jul 1994 to 30 Jun 1998 (Both dates inclusive).
3. Commercial Pilot Entry (CPL) (SSA): Born between 01 Jul 1994 to 30 Jun 2000 (Both dates inclusive).
4. Law: Born between 01 Jul 1989 to 30 Jun 1998 (Both dates inclusive),
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2019 Assistant Commandant Bharti.
PAY SCALE: Promotion & Pay Scale - The promotions to the ranks will be as per the laid down promotion criteria. The pay scales for the various ranks are as per the 7th CPC are as follows -

2. Deputy Commandant: Pay Level 7 CPC-11 – Rs.67700/-.

4. Commandant: Pay Level 7 CPC-13 - Rs.123100/-.
5. Deputy Inspector General: Pay Level 7 CPC-13A - Rs.131100/-.
6. Inspector General: Pay Level 7 CPC-14 - Rs.144200/-.
7. Additional Director General: Pay Level 7 CPC-15 - Rs.182200/-.
8. Director General: Pay Level 7 CPC-16 - Rs.205400/-.

Any candidate who does not carry all these documents at the time of PSB and FSB shall not be permitted to appear in the exam.
NOTE: Scrutiny of documents for eligibility will be carried out prior commencement of the written examination at venue. Candidates are therefore required to appear at the examination centres with following original documents. Original documents will be returned after verification.
