will consist of 3 successive stages -

Preliminary Examination will be counted for deciding the final merit.

QUALIFICATION EDUCATION
Aspirants passed class of a Degree in Engineering from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or passed Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India); or obtained a degree/diploma in Engineering from such foreign University/College /Institution and under such conditions as may be recognised by the Government for the purpose from time to time, or passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India); or passed Associate Membership Examination Parts II and III/Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India; or passed Graduate Membership Examination of the Institution of Electronics and Radio Engineers, London held after November, 1959 Provided that a candidate for the post of Indian Naval Armament Service (Electronics Engineering Posts) and Indian Radio Regulatory Service Group ‘A’ may possess any of the above qualifications or the qualification mentioned below namely‐ For Indian Naval Armament Service (Electronics Engg. Posts), M.Sc. degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communication Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as a special subject.
Medical Examination
Candidates finally recommended by the Commission on the basis of Engineering Services Examination, 2019 shall be required to undergo medical examination.
Physical Standards
Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Engineering Services Examination, 2020 as per guidelines given in Appendix‐II of the Rules for the Engineering Services Examination, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 25.09.2019.

APPLICATION FEE PROCEDUR/APPLICATION FEE CONCESSION
An amount of Rs. 200/- as an application fee by General/EWS & OBC category candidates to be paid only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. Pay by cash" mode option will be deactivated at 11.59 PM of 14.10.2019 i.e. one day before the closing date.
Female/SC/ST & PH category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
RESERVATION

QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: As per details given below –
1. Assistant Hydrogeologist: Aspirants passed class of Master of Science Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-exploration or Earth Science and Resource Management or Hydrogeology or Master of Technology in Engineering Geology from a recognized University.
2. Director: Aspirants passed class Master Degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and / or International Relations or International Organisations from a recognized University. Candidates having specialization in International Law in M. Phil. or Ph. D. level but not at Master level will also be eligible.
