- Age Limit: 18–28 years as on 01-01-2025 (Relaxation: SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC +3 yrs)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (4 years) in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication
- Physical Standards: Height – Male 5’6″, Female 5’2″ | Chest (Male only) 32″–33½″
- NCC Bonus Marks: ‘C’ Cert – 5%, ‘B’ Cert – 3%, ‘A’ Cert – 2%

- Written Examination (Objective – 120 Marks)
- Physical Standard Test (PST) – Qualifying
- Physical Endurance Test (PET) – Qualifying
