Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific educational and age requirements for each post as of January 5, 2026.
1. Educational Qualification
- Clerk:
- Degree from a recognized University (Preference for Law Graduates).
- Passed Government Commercial Certificate Exam (GCC) or ITI for English Typing at 40 w.p.m.
- Proficiency in Computer Operation.
- Peon / Hamal / Farash:
- Passed 7th Standard examination.
- Good physique and ability to read/write Marathi.
- Stenographer (Lower Grade):
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Shorthand Speed: 80 w.p.m.
- English Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
- Stenographer (Higher Grade):
- Degree from a recognized University.
- Shorthand Speed: 100 w.p.m.
- English Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
- Staff Car Driver:
- Passed 10th Standard (SSC).
- Valid LMV Driving License.
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
2. Age Limit (As on 05.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age (General): 38 Years
- Maximum Age (SC/ST/OBC/SBC): 43 Years
Pay Scale / Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary as per the 7th Pay Commission matrix:
- Clerk: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (Level S-10)
- Peon/Hamal: ₹15,000 – ₹47,600 (approx. Level S-1)
- Stenographer (Lower): ₹41,800 – ₹1,32,300 (Level S-15)
- Stenographer (Higher): ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Level S-16)
- Driver: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Level S-6)
Selection Process
The selection will be based on merit and performance in the following stages:
2- Shorthand/Typing Test:
- Clerk: English Typing Test (20 Marks).
- Steno: Shorthand & Typing Tests.
4- Interview (Viva-voce): For final selection.
