Selected candidates will be placed in attractive Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scales as per AAI rules.

AAI Managar & JE Selection Process

The selection process is multi-stage and post-specific:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type online examination conducted for all posts. No negative marking.

  3. Interview: Applicable only for Manager posts (Post Codes 1 to 11). Junior Executive posts do not have an interview stage.
