Candidates claiming any relaxation must produce valid certificates issued by competent authorities during document verification. Age is calculated strictly on the basis of the date of birth recorded in the matriculation or equivalent certificate.
Application Fee and Payment Mode
The application fee structure is designed to remain affordable while distinguishing between categories. Candidates eligible for both the regular and backlog advertisements need to submit only one application and pay the fee only once, as a common examination will be conducted for both sets of vacancies. Applicants are advised to complete the payment well before the last date of fee submission (1 September 2026) to avoid last-minute technical issues.

JSSC JTAACCE Teacher Selection Process
The selection process for both regular and backlog vacancies under JTAACCE-2026 is straightforward and merit-based. It consists of a single-stage Main Written Examination conducted in OMR or Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. There is no preliminary examination or interview. All questions are objective and multiple-choice type. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
After the written examination, a merit list is prepared on the basis of normalised marks (if the exam is held in multiple shifts). Paper 1 (Mother Tongue) is qualifying in nature and requires a minimum of 30 percent marks; its score is not added to the final merit. Candidates who clear the written exam are shortlisted for Document Verification, where original certificates related to educational qualifications, JTET/CTET, age, category, domicile, and service (for backlog applicants) are scrutinised. A Medical Examination follows to confirm physical fitness as per government standards. Final appointment is made strictly according to merit, reservation norms, and availability of vacancies. Existing contractual para teachers applying under the backlog advertisement follow the same process but must additionally prove continuous service of at least two years.
