- Technician (1): 10th Standard/SSC with Science (min. 55% marks) PLUS ITI Certificate in relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, COPA, etc.) OR 2 years full-time apprenticeship.
- Technical Assistant: Diploma in relevant Engineering branch (3 years full-time) with 60% marks and 2 years experience OR B.Sc. in relevant subject with 60% marks and 1 year experience.

- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- OBC (NCL): +3 Years
- PwBD: +10 to +15 Years (Category dependent)
