- Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible as per RBI guidelines.
- Age: 21-30 years (relaxations apply; see Age Limit section).
- Qualification: Stream-specific (see Educational Qualification).
- Attempts: Up to 6 for General (Phase I); no limit for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.
- Physical Fitness: Medically fit as per RBI standards. Candidates must possess a valid email ID and mobile number for communication.
- General Stream: Graduation with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or Postgraduate with 55% marks (pass for reserved categories) from a recognized university.
- DEPR Stream: Master's in Economics/Finance/Econometrics with 55% marks (pass for reserved) from a reputed institution like IIT/IIM/ISI.
