Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineer (Elec) Gr-II: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute (WBSCT&VE&SD).
- Assistant Manager (HR&A): Graduate + Full-time 2-year MBA/MPM/MHRM with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.
- Assistant Manager (F&A): Graduate + Passed Final Exam of CA/ICWA OR Full-time 2-year MBA (Finance).
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 32 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST (+5 years), OBC-A/B (+3 years), PwBD (+10 years), Departmental Employees (Up to 45 years).
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process consists of two main stages followed by a medical check-up.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 85 Marks (Objective Type)
- Personal Interview: 15 Marks (Conducted in Kolkata)
- Pre-Employment Medical Test

- Total Marks: 85 (CBT) + 15 (Interview) = 100
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.33 Marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
