GSSSB Additional Assistant Engineer Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Technical Examination Board or University/Institute recognized by the Government of Gujarat / Central Government / UGC Act.
Equivalent Diplomas accepted (as per departmental resolution dated 24/10/2024):
- Diploma in Civil (Construction)
- Diploma in Civil (Public Health and Environment) Engineering
- Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering
- Diploma in Civil and Rural Engineering

Bachelor’s Degree holders in Civil Engineering are NOT eligible to apply.
