Selection Process
The selection for the SBI SCO posts is a two-stage process:
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their educational qualification, work experience, and overall suitability as determined by the Bank's Shortlisting Committee.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for one or more rounds of Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview and CTC negotiation. The Interview carries 100 marks.
- Final Merit List for selection will be prepared in descending order based solely on the scores obtained in the Interview.
